Our big cozy family apartment with amazing view on Adriatic sea from the balcony is located in the coastal town Durrës, 200 meters from the beach. Please pay attention to the fact that building was a little bit damaged by an earthquake. The house is absolutely safe, only facade bricks fell down. The core of the building and fundamental constructions are 100% stable. The elevator is also working properly!

gab zwar eine Sprachbarriere, da wir kein Albanisch sprechen, aber waren rundum 100% zufrieden.
Ogłoszenie w 100% zgodne z rzeczywistością. Mieszkanie 2 min od plaży, którą widac z okna co było wielkim plusem. W środku było dostępnego wszystko co niezbędne, jedyny minus to na cały pobyt w mieszkaniu dostępne tylko 1 worek na śmieci i 1 rolka papieru toaletowego, reszte trzeba kupić samemu. Gospodarze bardzo przyjaźni i komunikatywni, zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie mimo że nasz przyjazd był szybciej niz planowaliśmy. Bardzo bardzo polecam :)
Гарні та просторі апартаменти. Все чисто та охайно. Гарний вид на море з балкону. Хороший вай-фай, підходить для роботи.

We provide airport transfer during the day (7:00-22:00) 25 euros, at night (22:00-7:00) 30 euros.

So, I personally checked work of electrical appliances and water communications for your safe stay. My wonderful wife has a degree in medical sphere. She is personally taking care of the appartment’s cleanness, she washes everything super attentively and always changes supplies of personal hygiene.
