The garage can fit 2 vehicles, the driveway 2 more so you'll have plenty of space to park. Please note the required gate fee prior to entering the property. There is an 2 bedroom 2 bath condo named Springs Ridge on this same property that will sleep 6 additional guests (total 14 guests). Each of the three bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. The first bedroom contains a king bed set and a 55 inch TV. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds in them. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's décor as well bedroom lamps and sturdy nightstands. The living room features plenty of seating with a comfy sectional that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area has a 65-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix and local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay and the laundry area is located just off the kitchen. Near the kitchen is a workspace for any business needs while traveling. The dining area has a large table with enough seating for all 8 guests The bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The backyard is large, fenced in, and includes plush patio furniture to enjoy the West Texas sunsets and the beautiful lake views.
