Beautiful and spacious place for our family get away. The only down side is that there weren't any pots or pans to cook instead of eating out and no access to the washer and dryer. Other than that the area is beautiful and very peaceful. Worth every penny if you are going with a big group. Plenty of room and very clean.

The house was beautiful and our stay was pleasant, but I think there's a few things they could do better. There wasn't enough kitchen settings for all our guest of 10, which is the maximum allowed to occupy the rental. There was a dishwasher but no detergent to run the dish washer. They did supply a sponge and dish soap but no drying rack for the dishes. The heat was a little tricky to figure out and ended up shutting off, waking up to the house 56 degrees wasn't fun. I wish they had a list of how to use every, and where we can find extra linens and such to make it easier. The plastic bags they left of the beds made it difficult to get decent sleep beacuse of how it loud they were. At first I thought they were just mattress covers until I saw the bag sticking out, and it appeared they left the clear bags the mattress where shipped in. We have friends in the area so we will likely be back for another stay.

We had a great stay at Ilya’s house. There was plenty of room for our large group, and the house was lovely! We will definitely come back next time we’re in the area.

We had a besties girls trip to Covington and we had the best time! Ilya is a great host. Was always super helpful and fast response when needed! The house is gorgeous! So big and spacious! And the shower in the master is amazing! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip! Highly recommend!

This place was incredible, the shower was nothing I’d had never seen before! It belongs in a bathroom remodel magazine, such a great stay and the host we’re amazing! Great see-nary at night watching the deer!
