Limerick 40 mins Airports: Shannon 68km, Cork 88km, Dublin 2hrs by car. Set 50 metres in from the road, the house has Fibre broadband and good WiFi available throughout. The kitchen is very spacious with a large dining table and chairs and a 3 piece suite of furniture to relax on. There is a separate cosy sitting room with smart TV. and wood burning stove. Twin beds can be linked and converted into a double bed if needed (It is IMPORTANT that you give me advanced notice of this request, so that I can organize with correct sized bed linen). Large lawn to the front, enclosed yard at the back which is suitable for small children or pets to run around. Outdoor dining furniture at front and back of house.

Fabulous little gem of a place. Home from home and really couldn’t ask for more. Rosemary was great at keeping in touch. Comfy beds, stunning fire place, the sound of nature was fabulous, beautiful views and so very close to Tipperary Town. Perfect visit. 10/10 for us.
myself and husband had a fabulous two days at this gorgeous cottage, it was in a prefect spot for plenty of hikes and beautiful scenery yet 9 minutes drive from the town,Rosemary is an amazing host, she had a care package ready to get us started with milk, bread, butter, jam and plenty of snacks, the cottage is so cozy and Rosemary had the fire all ready for us to just light and enjoy, plenty of space for a family with lots of board games to enjoy too, thanks a million Rosemary
We chose the Hatchery as it was located close to family that we were visiting. It was perfect and even better than we were expecting. Rosemary was a brilliant host. The communication from booking through to the end of our stay was great. During our stay there was a storm which caused a power cut and Rosemary contacted us straight away and brought us everything we needed to keep us comfortable. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely be staying again.

This is a nice peaceful, scenic area of Munster to base yourself while visiting Tipperary or neighbouring counties. You will be in the countryside while also being a very short drive to Tipperary town. You'll be within a few minutes of the spectacular Glen of Aherlow, surrounded by mountain and woodland hiking trails.
We are halfway between Limerick city and Clonmel town and only a 20 minute drive will take you to Cashel or Cahir towns hosting their famous castles.
It would be more convenient to have a car while at our property. You can use the national bus service from Tipperary town to reach other towns and cities. Limerick Junction is a busy train station 5km away from which you can reach many destinations.
