Welcome to our beautiful en-suite private room, located in stunning Deganwy minutes from Deganwy Quay and Marina, Conwy Castle and close to Colwyn Bay and surrounding beauty spots. Room has it's own private entrance, double bed, stunning en-suite, and eating\working area. Outside you can enjoy a sitting on your own patio area - with outdoor furniture. The opportunities not explore the wonderful North Wales are limitless, and we look forward to seeing you in our real spot.

Alison is very nice and responsible. Spotless, cozy and warm accommodation with modern decor. Perfect for solo or couple travellers. Great location to visit Conwy.
Wij hebben een hele fijne overnachting gehad, super fijn bed. Mooie en prettige badkamer. Nette, opgeruimde en mooie accommodatie. De locatie is heel fijn, aan een rustige weg op een steenworp afstand van Conwy Castle. Alison en haar man zijn super fijne en vriendelijke hosts. Wij raden deze accommodatie aan!
Alison and Mark's place is top notch. Immaculate with a fabulous large shower and well laid out design. Easy parking in a safe residential area - in walking distance to shops and a pub with views across to Conwy. Alison and Mark a real pleasure to meet as well. We'd love to return!
The place was absolutely spotless with a beautiful bathroom/shower. Lots of choices of hot drinks available and a very friendly greeting from Alison. We only stayed the one night. It is on a very quiet road so no disturbance from traffic noise. Only a very short drive from Conwy & Llandudno. Would highly recommend for a peaceful & relaxing break!

Overlooking Deganwy Harbour and Conwy Castle our home is on a quite road 4-5 minutes walk to the water front, with cafes, restaurants, takeaways and shops.
3 minutes from hill walks with superb views.
Parking is available running parallel to the side of our home on this is off road parking.
You can walk to Deganwy front there is a slight hill.
