Peaceful setting overlooking Old Towne Park. Close to Uptown, shopping, restaurants, groceries. Also near Otterbein College, Hoover Reservoir and Inniswood Metro Gardens. The Ohio to Erie Trail is within walking distance where you can hike or bike south to the Ohio River or north to Lake Erie if you're so inclined. Enjoy 4th Fridays or Concerts in the Park during the summer. Less than 30 minutes from John Glenn Columbus International Airport or the Horseshoe to watch THE Ohio State Buckeyes.

This home is beautiful, exceptionally clean and an absolute charm. The house is a 20 minute, beautiful walk to Uptime Westerville.
Gary was a great host and very responsive. House was clean, decorated and comfortable.
We felt right at home. The house was sweet and so comfortable and we stayed right near family. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a quiet eclectic neighborhood in walking distance to old Westerville. Thank you!

This home was so cozy. It is a historic home which has been updated very meticulously with so much charm. The attention to detail was so clear everywhere you look. I have visited so many rentals and this place really stood out. Very close to historic downtown Westervillle while quiet and peaceful neighborhood setting right across from park and bike/walking trail. Everything you could want was provided for and we will definitely come again. Thanks so much, Gary!

Located in the Historic Uptown area directly across the street from Old Towne Park. Situated on a tree lined street with the feel of a rural setting.
There is plenty of off street parking in the driveway that goes from the street to the alley in the rear. Shopping and restaurants are less than 1/2 mile walk if you'd like.
