The staff Mateo and Head Housekeeper were fabulous, very hard workers and friendly. Though at times it was hard to communicate because they did not speak English. They were eager to help. When I first arrived there was a major problem with my room, John responded immediately and was very apologetic and offered me an upgrade. I understand that sometimes things happen, but it is how the company responds that is important and John was quick to respond and though I was not in the room anymore, the next day I saw that he was having the problem fixed. I did have a few more problems and at times felt like a complaining guest, but they were problems like the pipe to the toilet started spewing water, so I felt it necessary to report to prevent damage. Mateo was quick to fix. The place has real potential, but I feel it is too much work for 2 staff members and John needs to invest a little more in the place, like having a broom in the rooms and more workers to keep the place cleaner.

Great place to stay - we were looking for a place to have few drinks and John recommended nyamachoma festival and it was a blast
