Between Branson and Springfield, situated on peaceful acreage but within walking distance of shops and dining on the Ozark Square, The 1910 Farmhouse offers travelers or tourists a spacious, 2500 s.f. home away from home in Ozarks' Historic River District. The Farmhouse has been meticulously restored with all the amenities you would expect from an upscale lodging facility. There are two masters, a king suite downstairs and a queen suite upstairs. Also upstairs is a bedroom with a full size bed The 1910 Farmhouse is a luxury accommodation located just west of the historic Ozark Square in a safe and convenient neighborhood close to all the attractions in Ozark. This is not just a place to spend the night! It is a destination. Meticulously restored and opened in 2023 for guests, come experience what the original, wealthy owners of the property wanted their guests to experience. Two master suites are available, one downstairs with a king bed and another upstairs with a queen bed. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. There is a gas log fireplace downstairs. It's a short walk to shopping and dining on the National Historic Register listed Ozark Square and it is 1/2 mile from the Ozark Mill and Finley Farms, which are part of the Johnny Morris/Bass Pro portfolio of properties. It is also a short walk or bike ride to the Chadwick Flyer greenways trail. It is a 20-minute drive to Branson from here and about 10 minutes to Springfield. Please be advised: The property is not handicapped accessible! There are steps up to the porch and steps to the second story bedrooms.

This is the place to stay and you will not be disappointed!!! This beautiful old Farmhouse was so much better than the pictures. The setting among the trees and landscape of a time gone by. Peaceful and calming. It is in mint condition!! Updated with modern appliances and a great kitchen. The bathrooms were perfect. Mark and Susan were the greatest host and hostess we have ever encountered. This trip has a special place in our hearts. We will return again and again….

Ozark is a small town situated between Branson and Springfield Missouri.
The property is on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood close to the downtown square and the Historic River District.
Directly behind the property is a floodplain, and as such, it is agricultural land. You will see horses deer and turkey, as well as some other assorted critters. You might even be here when the hay is being baled!
Although there are many places to visit within walking distance, you will need your own transportation in order to take advantage of all of the things to see in the area.

Over two decades ago we began hosting guests visiting southwest Missouri from around the world. We first operated our facility as a small bed and breakfast, known as BarnAgain, in a restored 1920's dairy barn. We have never had an interest in the quantity of guests that stay here, but rather in the quality of our guest's experience. As we have grown and improved as individuals, so has our facility. We now cater to one guest group at a time. Although we no longer serve breakfast, the kitchen is stocked with breakfast items. Many restaurants are a short walk from the facility. Over the years we have traveled the world and have incorporated what we liked into our facility. We think you will like it, too.
