The best experience was had here for our group! Host was very communicative and responsive, couldn’t ask for better! Located right where we wanted to be to ride Hatfield and McCoy trails as well! Also had a little issue with our dog, fluke accident on the trails, and host went out of her way to make us as comfortable as possible with the situation. 1000% will book here again!!

Paula was a great host and always willing to solve the issue at hand. Wonderful location to trail system. The only negative is the WiFi can be spotty and you have absolutely no cell service. The kitchen has very basic utensils and gadgets. Only able to wash one load of clothes a day was a challenge with all the rain and a large group. Overall we enjoyed the privacy and the hot tub. Would stay here again. Paula was always willing to send her property manager out to fix any problem we had.

We had an amazing time and our host was on top of everything. This house is at the end of a private drive and the road leading to it has plenty of neighbors that keep an eye on things. The AC went out on our last night so we sent a message at 9pm, our host had someone to repair it on-site with in a half hour. It’s about a half mile to trestle 33 on Devils Anse and about 2 miles from Buffalo mountain 59, not to mention the car wash, gas station and Giovanni’s pizza are about a mile from the house. Another mile or two and your in Matewon where there are some great little restaurants and a grocery store just across the river in Kentucky. We never unhooked the trailers. We will be returning to this house.

Paula was responsive to any questions that I had. House is close to several trails in different directions. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. I highly recommend staying here and I will be back
