It’s very nice neighbour hood . Very convenient to city centre 10 minutes by the new single double bus glider takes you directly into cit centre to back of city hall it’s at either side of property a few minutes walking distance comes every 15 minutes costs £2.10p day ticket. You have restaurants a wine bar. Off Lience.. Carry outs. nice coffee shops too. A few minutes walking distance.A bank doctors clinic. Ulster Hospital 7 minutes away by bus or car . You have shopping centres about 6 minutes away. You have the ballyhackamore village walking distance. About 8-10 minutes away there you have about 15 coffee shops and restaurants. Two nice bars that do food also Marks & Spencer’s. Tesco spar for food and drinks . Walking distance to a nice large park and Stormont parliament Buildings . The Castle . George best airport 8 minutes awayaway by car International airport by car 25 minutes or bus .Central train station by bus 7 minutes. Take you to Dublin too.
Parking is available at the property for one . Just around the corner at back of property Knockdene park south you can park nice tree line park very private just a few minutes walking distance.
