The place was very good for stay, perfect location beautiful view and beautiful place for relaxing weekend in Goa. Swiggy and Zomato are delivering in this location, However Swiggy Instamart/Blinkit were unavailable. We totally enjoyed our weekend there and it was a perfect place for watching sunrise/sunsets chilling in the pool. The only feedback I had was around bugs and bed bugs which can be avoided via necessary pest control procedures. Rest all was very good

Good points about the house- - scenic location - spacious rooms and many common areas for big groups - nice swimming pool - ping pong and pool were very good for the kids Negative points about the house- - the kitchen was very dirty. There were cockroaches and bugs in the cabinets and sink - microwave was very very dirty when the place was given to us. It looked like it had not been cleaned for months. I had to ask the caretaker to clean it - too many lizards in the house. They were mostly in the balconies but occasionally some would come indoors and that was creepy - the cushions and pillows on all the couches in all the rooms are very dirty. Looks like none of those had been cleaned for years - bathrooms fixtures were faulty in all the bathrooms. We couldn’t easily turn the hot-cold water in any of the bathrooms. One bathroom on the second floor didn’t have hot water! That couldn’t be repaired during our stayl - bathrooms taps had a lot of stains that could be easily seen

Immaculate location and close to all the local activities. It is located at the hill's summit and thus we had the best view of the sea and the valley. Location and the home design is amazing. I wish I stayed there for couple of more days as, the house has a lot to give and I was not able to give justice to the home in just 2 days. Will recommend to enjoy the early morning tea in the balcony, infinity pool swimming in rain or shine as it is a whole different experience to enjoy both with the panoramic sea and valley view. Overall 5 star experience. Loved it! Highly recommended.
