WARNING: Proceed at your own risk! We had numerous issues with our 1bd. rental unit including the host (Joaquin) from Casalia who was virtually non- existent and non-responsive to solving issues! The following items were part of the rental and non-compliant: ~Our check in was 3pm and the apartment was not cleaned until after 3:30pm. ~Host did NOT meet us but text me a code to enter unit! ~We found a broken sofa armrest, broken shelf, no amenities were replenished (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.), safety deposit and fire extinguisher missing! ~We addressed these items immediately with Joaquin and he did not even answer until a couple of days before we were due to ck-out after our 9 day rental! ~Though the location & view is unique- the unit is furnished with uncomfortably cheaply made furnishings and badly managed host! ~We highly recommend renting thru Airbnb as they were very responsive and good advocates on our behalf during this unfortunate experience.

The apartment is great, no question, and I would stay there again because it is clean, spacious and bright with tremendous views. I do wish that the company, Casalia, could have assigned us one representative earlier in the process. There were a few communication glitches that made it unclear how to get in and where or with whom we could leave our bags pre check-in.
