Spent the weekend here and this place was amazing! Alison responded very promptly to my messages and was super friendly. It is a quick walk to some great restaurants and ice cream places, and a 5-minute drive to the city of Thomas and Blackwater Falls State Park. A bit farther away but totally worth visiting are Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob, and Dolly Sods. We had an overall amazing experience and would totally stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is super convenient to Blackwater Falls - only a few minute drive into the park. The host is super friendly, helpful, and proactive about making sure guests have everything we need! There was also a digital and physical guidebook with lots of great suggestions for food and things to see and do. The place was great and the bed was very comfy. The outdoor area in the back has a beautiful view of the river and has some nice chairs and fire pits to relax. There are multiple units to stay in, so my only small complaint is the walls are very thin and some of the other guests on our first night were a bit noisy - although it quieted down for the most part by 11 (which is the start of the posted quiet hours). Definitely something to consider, especially if traveling with a dog as we were. But overall, we had a great time!!

Perfect location in the center of Davis with view of the Blackwater River. Kitchen is full size and incredibly well-equipped. Comfy bed and good shower. Recommend bringing ear plugs (thin walls between neighbors) and some slippers for cement floor. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Definitely plan to come back
