Welcome to Milwaukee, the neighborhood of Bay View. Being a central location, travel 5-10 min or less to the RNC, Downtown, Harley Museum, Summerfest, Airport, colleges, Hospitals, Venues, etc! Across from Humboldt Park, you are walkable to all types of cafés, eateries, park events, pubs, and recreation. Located on a main road, you have easy access to interstates and main roadways. Enjoy this renovated and custom designed 1898 farmhouse in the vibrant neighborhood of Bay View. The full of light, open and airy spaces, offer areas to relax and enjoy your day. A great breeze blows throughout when the windows are open. 2 bedrooms The main floor has 2 bedrooms and sleeping for 4, and a full bathroom with laundry. The 2nd floor is loft style, including a second bathroom with walk-in shower, sleeping for 7, coffee station, and microwave. A convertible table is available and can be used with the bench seating and chairs, for working at, games, etc. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities needed for short or long stays.

loved all the updates to the home! the only complaint is more privacy in the downstairs bathroom (does have some curtains but just needs more coverage for my liking) and in the kitchen windows. but really thats it! Tanya was really quick at answering/very nice. Really nice inside and clean too!
We loved it
The home is absolutely perfect for a large group, with PLENTY of space. This home is also gorgeous. Tanya was absolutely so great with giving local tips and recommendations. Her home will definitely be visited by us again in the future.
Me and a couple of my family members had stayed a night at Tanya's place. I would've rated this place 5 star if check-in time was actually 2pm-11am, we had to wait for her to clean up while we were outside up until near 4pm and she really asked us to wait until 5:30pm, she also said there would be a realtor coming there for a showing of the house during our stay, mind you saying this after she accepted our stay for the night. Windows had no privacy curtains, she also had her personal food items in the refrigerator that took up space from our personal items. Which is super unprofessional. Toilets had stains and there was hair everywhere on bed sheets and pillows. Please do better and be more respectful to your guest they are paying with hard earned money.

Humboldt Park, across the street, has great seasonal events including Tuesdays Chill on the Hill with free live music, a beer and wine garden, splash pool, paths, and playground. Lake Michigan and South Shore Park is also a nearby popular destination. With it's farmer's market, beer garden, play area, scenic paths, don't miss out, it's a 20 min walk or a VERY short drive. Cafes & eateries can be found in all directions, on foot or by car. Bring your bicycles! there are numerous Wisconsin trails, and close proximity.
Kinnickinnic Ave, or “KK” to the locals, is like a mini eat, and drink street. Walking distance, many cafés, and restaurants, as well as watering holes. A couple blocks away to the south is Clementine’s, a quaint tavern with lots of personality!
A neighborhood, favorite and a Milwaukee, staple for many years, Bryant’s offers custom cocktails and ice cream drinks, as well as custom drinks by the flavor or color! The 70s lounge feel is also an amazing glass from the past! 
Easy access to the interstate and bike trails are nearby. Public transit, grab a bus at the stop only 2 houses away. Bubblr bicycle stations are located around town that have manual and electric bikes for rent. Uber and Lyft are always popular options. Bring your car, there is parking for -1 small car in the carport, 1 on the driveway, and 1 on the apron. Street parking is also available with online registration of up to 3 days of free parking. Permits are available for days after. Feel free to bring your bicycle, lots of space inside to store it.
