Roya’s cottage was very cute and exactly what I was looking for! It was exclusive and had a lovely property (yet was easy to find). The cottage looked exactly like the pictures, kitchen was well stocked and living area was beautiful. Thankfully this place is pet friendly- I was traveling with my Lab and there were no issues bringing him along. Roya was very accommodating, I needed a late checkout and she was more than willing to help. The property unfortunately is not close to local amenities (which I was well aware of when booking) but it is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway! I would definitely recommend Roya and her place!

We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful and relaxing. The inside was very tastefully decorated. Roya was very easy to communicate with. Only 10 minutes to Port Burwell. Definitely recommend.

We had a great stayed, Roya was very nice, her place is beautiful, clean, it has everything that you need we felt like home, we love the backyard we definitely will be back.

We had a lovely weekend of tranquility at Roya's AirBnB - a beautiful spot, a little off the beaten track, with a great outdoor space for the dog to explore. The space is full of many interesting pieces, sparking decorating ideas for our place, an unexpected find. Roya was easy to communicate with, and helpful. The mosquitoes are pretty thick this time of year, so one needs to prepare, but with some planning they shouldn't be a problem. Would definitely stay again.
