Loved this space! It was very clean, very updated and comfortable to be in. We were only here for one night but wish we could have stayed longer. Would highly highly recommend this stay.

We really enjoyed our time at Luis and Gavin’s listing. The location was great, everything was very accessible by walking. The only inaccuracy on the listing is that parking is free. There is only shared spot that is free but was never available while we were there. We had to pay for street parking (which is not cheap in Dublin)

We were fortunate to find Luis and Gavin's place available during the week we traveled. Finding a modern three-bedroom apartment in Dublin with similar amenities per guest proved to be quite a challenge. We thought their place was perfectly designed to accommodate us—every bed was large and comfortable, and each bedroom had a bathroom. The furniture and appliances appeared to be new. The sofas and chairs were incredibly comfortable. The open floor plan made getting together easy. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment's proximity to the local tram (Luas), which we knew nothing about before visiting Dublin. It gets you to the busiest neighborhoods in Dublin. Lastly, the local mega pub, McAfferty's at the Barge, made going out after a long day so easy and convenient. Luis and Gavin were great at communication. We called them via the Airbnb phone number, and he answered immediately. He sent us check-in directions early and gave us the flexibility to arrive early. Thank you!

Exactly as advertised, great place, very comfortable. Recommend the tram as a very easy, fast way into the middle of things, if you don't want the 20-25 minute walk (which is a pleasant walk, if the weather cooperates).
