You will receive a passcode for your keyless entry. Newly renovated Victorian with all the creature comforts. Two bedrooms each with queen beds, bamboo sheets, goose feathered doonas, luxurious cushions. Beautiful bathroom with large walk in shower/oversized shower head, Sheridan bath sheets & towels. Kitchen has latest appliances, coffee machine, microwave, breakfast bar, open plan living, 65 inch smart tv, 3 seater sofa,occasional swivel chair. Baby cot available upon request. hydronic heating throughout & split system cool/heater. Available for executive long term letting.

The house was amazing place to get ready for our wedding. It was luxurious, clean, modern and convenient. Michael was very accomodating and responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone
Michael was a great host - always contactable when needed. The property was amazing, very clean, great appliances, comfortable beds and couch. I honestly couldn't fault the place nor Michaels hospitality. Exceptionally close to everything you need e.g. shops, groceries, restaurants etc - would highly recommend.
The perfect house, in an excellent location! We loved our stay at Michael’s property. It was pristine, with everything you might need. The location could not have been better, with excellent restaurants and cafes literally on your doorstep (whilst also being away from the hustle and bustle). We also loved that we could easily go for some beautiful walks and the tram was so close. We have already recommended Michael’s house to our friends.
This place is situated in a great area. Really close and walkable to coffee,restaurants and transport. There is a permit pass for a car and parking was not a problem outside. If you have a second car all day parking is only two minute walk away. There was a very thoughtful goodie basket left for us and quality bed linen and towels. We look forward to staying here again.
Absolutely perfect location! This will be our go to Melbourne stay!
