It was a perfect place for 2 people, conveniently located on Mall Road but nestled away in a quiet corner. The house is very tastefully done. To come back upto Mall Road requires a short 5 mins hike, which can be steep for some people, but everything was worth it. Anurag and Manoj jee (caretaker) were extremely helpful and kind. Will 100% recommend!

Anurag is a wonderful host always there to help, accomodate requests and responsive. This place has amazing views but no balcony also there is AC description in the amenities but actually it's a portable standing fan. The walk to the property is a tricky one which includes very steep slopes but caretaker Manoj Bhai is very helpfull along with Anurag, so if you don't mind walking on steep slopes it's a good property.

One word “Choose a Hotel” ***Detailed & Honest Review*** 1. Post checking there was no water in the washroom and we had to wait for 40mins and make 10 phone calls to get the issue fixed. 2.Kitchen was untidy - leftover bread, bottle-gourd, cucumbers were lying around and kitchen rack items were cluttered 3. Living room sofa was very dirty 4. No Toiletries. - Had to explicitly call for shampoo & soap 5. SUPER ITCHY BED - It was a world war between us and the dust mites / bed bugs / whatever was causing that itchy feeling. We had to put a bed-sheet and a thin blanket over the existing bed sheet - before we could sleep. 6. Dirty bathroom floor and partially working flush. We had to use the bucket to flush properly 7. If you are not a trekking person then be ready - the elevation down the place will kill you, so be ready to climb up & down and its not easy peasy Positive note - Manoj & Anurag were super responsive. But the place wasn’t just ready for our arrival.

A quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of the mall road, but not too far away from it. It is easy to feel home from the moment you step into the apartment. It is a bit of a climb back up to the mall road, but we liked the challenge (and the workout) The view from the bedroom and living room is stunning. Anurag sent us a message a couple of times to check on us during our week long stay. Anything we needed was arranged quite quickly. Would recommend this place on your next stay in Mussourie!

The photos don't do justice to the place, it's so much better, well thought out and amazing to stay at. You need to walk a around 220 steps to get to the Mall Road from the property and the walk is a little steep but we didn't really care as the view for the walk is absolutely gorgeous. You can see the city of Dehradun from the hilla of Mussoorie. The property has everything you need and more. Most major tourist attractions are very closeby and you get rental or Taxi options as well just outside the Mall Road if you're not taking your own vehicle. Anurag was an exemplary host, very responsive and made great local recommendations. Thank you for the great stay. P.S.: If you're looking to visit a major waterfall, go for Bhatta Falls, and skip the Kempty Falls.
