Welcome to our cozy studio located in Austin, near the center and heart of Hong Kong. All the major attractions and commercial districts are 1-5mins distance with many restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls. Tsim Sha Tsui, HK High Speed Rail and Airport Railway Kowloon Station are all 5-10 minutes distance. We take extra care for cleanliness to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations and all the sheets and quilts are thoroughly washed and disinfected. Our newly-renovated modern studio is ideal for one person such as business travelers, students or solo a adventurers looking for a comfortable place to stay long term. You have the entire studio with private bathroom to yourself. This studio was newly renovated in 2023, fully furnished with a private bathroom. It offers you extra safety with a smart lock and a security guard at the lobby. There are elevators in the building, please note that many other flats in Hong Kong does not provide elevators. Please note, there is no washing machine in the studio but there are multiple laundry shops and laundromats just downstairs. You can let them take care of the "dirty" work :)

房间没有窗户，其他方面都很不错。地理位置非常优越，离地铁很近，距维多利亚港仅一站地铁，去哪里换乘车都非常便利。
great location near some good coffeeshops, food and just a couple minutes from the MTR. Room is as advertised
It’s a unit inside a unit. No windows to the outside. You won’t even know if it’s raining. For the value it was an OK place for a short stay.
So Hyun is an excellent host, this is my 2nd time stay here and I provided some feedback after my first stay, and all were provided on this 2nd visit making it even more pleasant.
The location is great, quality of the home is great but the main gripe is that it is a Hong Kong multiple occupancy flat, and so, has no window. Otherwise it is great, excellent bathroom, excellent condition and no fear of getting hungry and finding no food around

It's located 5mins walking distance from Austin MTR station. You can easily access Elements Shopping mall, Kowloon MTR station, Austin MTR station, HK High Speed Rail and Airport Railway Kowloon Station.
