Please note that their are 10 steps down to the apartment in the basement. The stairwell and associated hall are shared with the landlord, but there is plenty of space for shoes and outerwear. Bedroom Nice double bed with 180cm width, bedside table, wardrobes, small work corner with desk and chair. Privacy protection and blackout can be drawn for windows. Travel cot for children is in the wardrobe. Tent bed/extra mattress can also be arranged. Living room/walk-through room Sofa bed (120cm) Toilet Small bathroom with tile/wood paneling, toilet, shower and bathroom cabinet next to the bedroom. Kitchen/kitchenette 4 hotplates distributed over 2 smaller stoves, small oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, sink, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Crockery and all necessary kitchen utensils. Dining area with table and chairs (also a chair for children) in the kitchen/kitchenette. Please note that the room also houses the house's heating and water system, which is why the landlord must have access to this in emergency cases. However, no one other than the tenant uses the space for daily use. Washing machine is in the entrance to the apartment. There are a drying cabinet and a drying racket available.
