Great place to stay if your goal is to stay near la placita. It was close enough to walk but far enough from the noise and crowds. There were also a lot of cute restaurants/cafes nearby. Overall great stay.

Jose was a great host and the home was BEAUTIFUL, clean, peaceful, private, everything we were looking for! Jose was super helpful and communicative. This place was perfect for our PR vacay! I did not hear any disruptive noise while sleeping despite the closeness to all the fun in La Placita, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks Jose!

Jose’s place absolutely wonderful! It was located in a great spot (9 minutes from the beach, less than 5 to la placita), had lots of restaurants and bars around to choose from, and the place was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in on the island. José was super helpful when we had some trouble with our keys and consistently made us feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the future!

Jose was amazing, always on hand to help and gave us local recommendations. Apartment was beautifully decorated, everything was perfect. Only 10 min walk from the beach, 10 min drive to old town. Can’t recommend enough!!
