Overgrown Lawn, No toilet paper, paper towels or bath towels ( although pictured), Dishwasher full of dirty dishes, coffee maker dirty with mold and gnats, both smaller beds had hair on sheets, nail clippings in rug, fan in kitchen filthy, all returns filthy, a toilet seat removed, the one frying pan had peeling coating - health hazard, dirty utensils in drawer, all smoke detectors removed, carbon monoxide detectors not working, no first aid kit, all items mentioned under home safety unavailable, stovetop is not working properly - front left burner only cooks at full power ; front right burner only large outer ring works. PLUS: The air conditioning was cold and nice you can control each room, good communication from host. OVERALL: A beautiful home, just needs to be throughly cleaned and maintained, both inside and out.

The house is beautiful inside as well as out. Stunning light fixtures and beautiful, comfortable furniture. Very spacious and open feel. The host was very attentive. If host will allow, we will definitely be returning in the future.
