This old Florida house offers everything. Centrally located near the intersection of US301 / CR466 you live yet laidback in the middle of nature. The home was completely remodeled in 2023 and really everything in this home is completely new. The home is used by the owners for their own family when they come to FL so everything was set up the way you would for yourself. Precious memory foam mattresses ensure a good night's sleep. On 0.4 acre you enjoy the backyard yet are close to everything. Open floor concept on 880 sqf. The house seems to be bigger and the large lot connects you with the nature. The house is fully equipped and gives you the feeling of a hotel room. We welcome all guests with a glass of wine for their own very special experience of beautiful Central Florida. The house is the ideal base for exploring Central Florida and not just The Villages.

Easy to find, close to everything for food, gas, groceries. Quiet and private.
Peaceful location and comfortable, clean home close to tons of shopping but far enough away from the noise of busy roads. The yard is very big and there is a lot of seating options on the back porch.
I came to stay here for a funeral in the Villages. The home was extremely clean which in my opinion is the most important! Due to the cleanliness, I would book again. The beds were also very comfortable and I appreciate that Richard invested in good quality mattresses. Richard was very responsive when I needed help with something the first night of our stay. The pictures posted are exactly what the home is, no surprises. Kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies (pans, toaster, silverware) so we were able to cook breakfast. Dishwasher works and is easy. If you need a dependable and clean place to stay, book here. It is also right next door to a Wawa so if you need anything it is very convenient with it on the corner.
