Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Newly refurbished 5 bedroom house on 3 floors set in Camberwell. - Large reception room with doors out to a private garden in which you can find a table for 2 people and lots of green space. - Spacious seating area a comfortable sofa and TV. - The five bedrooms all benefit from lots of natural light and lots of storage space. 4 double beds and 1 single bed are set with fresh hotel-quality linen. - The open plan fully equipped kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans supplied. - The place has good airflow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to an efficient underfloor heating system. - The house will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive. - Fresh linen and towels are provided. - Free parking for 1 car ONLY

My family and I had a wonderful time together. There was plenty of room for everyone. My 80 year old Father loved seeing all of his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren as they were all able to visit him at different times. He was very comfortable and that's what we all wanted. We had a great stay in a lovely location and setting.
冬ごろに1ヶ月4人で住みました。最初着いたまでは良かったんですが、ヒーターの故障で家が全く温まらず、またお湯も出ませんでした。２日ほどで素早く解決してくれましたが、最初のコールドシャワー歯辛かったです。また電子レンジのコンセントの場所がコンロと近く、意図せずコンセントを焼き壊れてしまいました。私たちの責任もありますが、明らかに設計ミスもあり、またレンジも古かったため、ホストからの新品価格の請求を棄却しましたが、Airbnbとの話し合いの末、最終的には全額払わされました。正直納得いきませんが、ホスト優位で交渉が進められることはAirbnbのビジネス上しょうがないので、泣く泣く支払いました。 他の面に関しては良い部分も多かったですが、大変なことも多かったです。僕らも初めての海外での長期生活だったので良い経験になりました。トイレが流れづらいなど、日本の暮らしに慣れていると驚かされることも多いです。このレビューがどなたかの宿選びの一助となれば幸いです。長文失礼致しました。
This was a great location for our 3 night visit to London. Just a short walk to the train station. The house was warm and clean. The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water. It was a lovely quiet cul de sac. Melissa our host was easily contacted and check in was straightforward.
Le logement proposé est spacieux , lumineux . Quelque peu vieillot mais re aménagé avec goût . Par contre : 2 couteaux pour 7 personnes dans la cuisine !!! Bien trop peu . La salle de bain du bas est très très petite . Cela mérite d être signalé . Enfin , il nous est réclamé avec insistance d être silencieux pour préserver les bons rapports avec le voisinage et nous le comprenons et le respectons . Par contre l isolement de cet appartement entre les pièces de nuit du bas et les espaces de vie courante a l’étage est inexistant . L’isolation phonique de la maison est très déficiente . Nous avons aussi constaté que les stores des chambres étaient soit cassés soit inexistants (dans 1 des 2 chambres du bas notamment ) Pour conclure . Melissa , très réactive est assez peu flexible sur les horaires d arrivée et départ , insistant sur les sur coûts et autres pénalités à prévoir en cas de manquements aux règles imposées . Cette attitude était assez irrévérencieuse . Dommage ;-(
