Stayed at Fairway House with a large group for a ladies weekend. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious with plenty of towels, dishes, and games. We had a great time and enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely recommend this house as a great getaway!

Sami’s place was very accommodating and the layout was perfect for all the family of 11 to gather. The sun room was a perfect gathering place to play games and talk. The kitchen area was also accommodating for cooking and talking as it is very open. The beds were comfortable and the house is very quiet at night. Everyone had a wonderful time thanks to Sami’s wonderful accommodations….. Note that the place was very close to shopping for groceries and not too far from the Rock and Roll museum which everyone visited. Great time together thanks to Sami’s place. The school parking lot around the corner a few blocks away was a perfect place ro watch the Eclipse together without large crowds. Great memories.

Highly recommend this beautiful home! It is very spacious, super clean, and great for families. We enjoyed the location too. Sami is a wonderful host and very responsive. The collection of games was perfect for kids and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Will definitely look to stay here again when traveling to the Warren/Youngstown area! We had an event at Covelli Center and it was a very easy drive. Thank you!

This house is absolutely stunning. The layout is amazing for a group and the decor is absolutely beautiful throughout. We are so happy to have found and selected this house for our annual girls weekend. Amazing space with plenty of parking for a group. While we didn’t use it, the hot tub in the back was a nice addition. The furniture was very comfortable and ample space for everyone to have a seat on the couch. Two eating areas off the kitchen plus the island seating. Very close drive to a few favorites- the Howland Bean and the Chophouse! If ever back in the area, we would 100% choose this house again. The host was very friendly in responses and always super prompt. Thanks for opening your home to us!
