This has been the most wonderful 4-month stay. Everything is clean, clutter-free, updated, very comfortable, and problem-free. Janelle is a responsive, friendly host who was awesome to work with as needed. Strong WiFi throughout (I’m on zoom calls all day), very comfortable beds and couch, INCREDIBLE views of the pond and all the wildlife, plenty of space….zero complaints. It’s also less than 10 min to all the conveniences in Hyannis, and a great central location for everything on the Cape. This is a gem of a place and I’m mad I have to tell you about it lol.

We stayed here while attending a friend's wedding and it was perfect. Very relaxing with the beautiful pond view. In the morning, we saw a lot of wildlife, around the pond, such as a bald eagle, crested and mallard ducks and a crane. I highly recommend this rental.

Janelle’s home is clean and comfortable. The lower unit( I did not see/rent the upstairs) interior is new, comfortable and well cared for. The views of the pond are so beautiful and peaceful. Janelle was a clear communicator, considerate and went above and beyond. Thank you!

We were so happy about the stay. The location of the house is superb-right by the water, can see the beautiful view from living room, kitchen and bedroom. House is clean. Owner is very responsive. Kitchen is good and we cooked a full thanksgiving meal with turkey. Washer and dryer has big load. Will recommend to friends.
