The unit includes the following amenities: - A queen bed for two people - A Smart TV and sofa in the bedroom - A working desk with chair - A shared kitchen - High-speed WiFi - Self check-in with keypad ** Safety features include smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, as well as security cameras at the entrance for added safety. ** Please note that our place is not equipped with sufficient safety and child-friendly facilities, so we cannot accommodate guests with children under the age of 12

The location was centrally located so many days we were able to walk to all our activities. The suite was completely private with a kitchen and the perfect amount of space. I appreciated how the curtains allowed it to stay dark so we could sleep in! I really have no complaints!
This was our second stay at Yu-Ping’s place! This spot is the perfect location if you are looking to be close to both Kensington Market and Trinity-Bellwoods. Almost everywhere and everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The place is clean and has everything you need for a short stay! We did not spend much time in the room but it did have everything we needed. The one downside to the stay would be the mattress is not overly comfortable and could benefit a mattress topper. Otherwise this is a great place to stay and would recommend if you were looking to be close to the restaurant scene in Kensington/bellwoods/college
First time using airbnb and this location was perfect for my needs and flexibility on a late flight. definitely will be back!
I stayed here for a conference, and the location was great, 20 minutes to the university by walk. The room was much spacious than expected with a private kitchen and bathroom. Compared to overpriced hotels around, I would recommend this place. One caveat is that soundproofing is not perfect, so you should be concerned if you are sensitive and need privacy. It was okay for me.

Wthin 10-min walk, there is Trinity Bellwoods Park. The park features three ball diamonds, eight tennis courts, two volleyball courts, an artificial ice rink, a dog off-leash area, a picnic area, a wading pool and a children's playground. Located in the south-west section of the park is the Trinity Community Recreation Centre.
Chinatown and Kensinton Market are also nearby and you can visit for good food
Street car stops are available within a couple mins walk. There is 506 street car on College street which takes you to College subway station and 505 street car on Dundas street car which takes you to Dundas subway station
