Property Features: high-speed internet, 50 in Roku smart TV in the living room and 40 in Roku smart TV in the primary bedroom (ability to log into your streaming services), 2 high-efficiency mini splits and furnace heat, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, a drip coffee maker that also takes K-Cups, 1 king bed, 1 twin-over-queen bunk bed, 1 pullout sofa, 1 bathroom with soaking tub, clean linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, washer/dryer unit, dedicated work-from-home desk space located in the primary bedroom, kitchen table, gas grill, large deck, outdoor dining set, beach chairs, and off-street parking for up to 3 cars. Important: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected.
