I have traveled to 36 countries/territories, love meeting new people & watching sunrises/sunsets all over the world! In the past nine years, I have worked with 30+ different properties. When I'm home I love to surf, SUP, read, and cook (raw, vegan, keto, see food, whatever stage I'm in...). I take each person’s feedback/review seriously and make sure to create a better experience for future guests/tenants. If you or anyone you know is looking for someone to manage their property full-time/part-time, feel free to reach out! I can manage everything creative from staging and photography/videography (including drone shoots) to property management, such as listing your property, finding guests/tenants, and working with reliable housekeepers and maintenance people that I trust. With my marketing, branding, and technology background, I can easily analyze and optimize your property to make the property management experience more efficient. This means less stress for you :) I care about the safety and well being of my neighborhood and volunteered to set up the Peninsula Private Security Committee in 2020. With a minimum of 300 residents, we were able to hire a private security patrol from the hours of 10pm - 6 am with a 24/hour call line.
