Paula is a very kind and attentive host. She was always available. Paula's place is clean, comfortable, and quiet - which is exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a well located room.

I stayed at Paula’s for 1 month. The language barrier made the communication a bit difficult with the host. The dogs are friendly but take a while to stop barking when you enter the appartement or move around in it. The room is 30 min away by foot from Plaça de España and well located in the center of the city. The building has a small lift and is full of life which can bring some noise nuisances during the day and especially at night time. The room has a window that directly gives on the staircase which makes it difficult to air. Overall, I would recommend the room however only for short stays as it is quite small, without daylight and can be exposed to noise. The host is friendly and keep the flat in order.

Paula is a lovely person and I’m happy I got to stay with her. The apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, steps away from a metro station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around. However, the room was super small and with little light, but that’s what you can get within this budget. You should be aware there are dogs in the flat every now and then, in case you have an allergy or something. Also, the neighbours are quite loud at times, you can hear them speaking until late in the morning. I had earplugs so for me it was fine.
