Enjoy some quality family time at this scenic retreat on our 135 acre Autumn Valley Farm. This spacious home accommodates large families and provides all the day-to-day luxuries you're accustomed to. Tee off at the nearby Country Club, explore a downtown restaurant, hike on our private trail, watch our wildlife, fish at our farm ponds, make a family meal, have a bonfire and roast marshmallows! Autumn Valley Farm is a picturesque farm featuring private ponds and rolling fields of hay and milo. A gravel driveway leads you to plenty of parking at The Farm House. The home has 6-bedrooms, 4-1/2 baths, central heat and air conditioning, a basement game room, and a large rear patio with a gas grill. All the t.v.s on site are smart t.v.s ready for your favorite streaming. This is a great place to pass time after Maryland or Virginia football games! It's perfect for wine tours - The Virginia Wine Trail, and local rodeo events too! Our home often serves as a venue for outdoor weddings for about 90 people, it's a quiet location for honeymoons, private Easter celebrations, Autumn foliage viewing at Skyline Drive, trips to Washington DC, and business retreats! Our multi-generation family includes several people with limited mobility, yet the house accommodated nicely. We celebrated our son’s wedding at the nearby Mountain Run Winery and town of Culpeper. Robert was extremely helpful to us, including allowing to see the home in-person prior to committing. We also loved the country forested setting, which is really just 10 minutes outside of Culpepper and surrounding attractions. We would highly recommend this property to others and would rent it ourselves again again.
Robert was an absolutely fabulous host! Our work crew truly enjoyed their stay at his Airbnb. Robert communicated daily with them to ensure they had everything they needed. Our crew offered to help do anything on the property if/when warranted. Our crew is returning for another stay in a couple weeks and again looking very forward to their stay and any available time with Robert and his wife.
This property was amazing. Perfect for our family of 10 to stay as we visited for a wedding. The house is large with enough bedrooms for us to spread out with privacy. The hosts were gracious and great communicators. Highly recommend.
This place was an oasis for us as we came to town for my son's wedding. Our hosts did everything possible to make this our base from welcoming our extended family and guests for a dinner celebration as well as accommodating our groomsmen. Like a home away from home, only better!
We rented this home for our families thanksgiving get together. Rob and Rose was so welcoming, ensured we had what we needed to make our stay perfect. The house was clean, comfortable and plenty of space inside and out for our family. We will be renting this home again.
