Es war alles sehr unkompliziert, alles vorhanden was man brauchte und wirklich sehr sauber. Allem in allem ein sehr toller Kurzurlaub.

L’appartement de Merlinda est propre, bien équipé, situé tout près de la ligne de tram S1 qui mène au centre ville rapidement en passant par la gare centrale de Vienne. L’équipement est soigné et témoigne d’une attention portée à ses hôtes. Les commerces à proximité sont pratiques. La communication était très fluide et l’accès au logement facile.

Flat was very easy to find with clear instructions. The flat was extremely clean when we arrived. It was really well positioned being right next to the Linie 1 (DavidsGasse stop was about 50m from the flat) which takes you straight into the innere stadt. Wolfgang was extremely quick in responding to queries and gave us good local recommendations. Overall it was a really great stay and we loved our time in Vienna.

This apartment of Merlinda is my second apartment. I would like to thank Merlinda and her team for the cleanliness and order. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with windows facing the courtyard. It had everything you need for a short or long stay. The level of Purity is 100%. The neighbors were very friendly. The apartment is very warm. 60 meters from the house there is a butcher shop “Etsan” with a «HALAL» certificate, which does not sell pork, which pleased me most. I was incredibly happy about this, Ja. Also other stores such as Eurospar, Hofer, Penny and so on. Merlinda herself was always in touch and helped me with all my questions, and by the way, I checked in an hour ahead of time. Merlinda! Totalmente recomendable. Todo nuevo y limpio. Muy bien equipado. A pesar de no ser céntrico, muy buena comunicación, junto a tranvia especialmente. También próximo a estación de tren y buses. Varios supermercados rodean el apartamento. Propietarios muy atentos y correctos. El horario de entrada es de cumplimiento estricto. Si llegas algo antes debes esperar a que se cumpla el horario a pesar de que ya esté disponible.
