Our family loves staying at crown hill. It is a nice quiet location. Thank you to Nancy for everything and being an awesome Host.

Nancy was a great host! Very helpful to get checked in and the place was very clean and accommodating. The only issue was that it was very noisy from people upstairs. You were able to clearly hear the tv and people talking while trying to fall asleep.

The apartments are fairly nice, convenient for a short stay. Good communication from the host. It was unfortunate that the cleaner clearly wasn’t on form before our stay. The cooktop was greasy and had been given at best a very quick once over. Dirty cutlery and a can full of cigarette butts outside the front entrance. Dust and old socks under the bed and the glass table in our bedroom looked like it had been cleaned with greasy towel. There is what appears to be a motion activated camera INSIDE the apartment, located in the hallway between the two rooms. We thought this was incredibly inappropriate. We ended up handing a t-shirt over it for some privacy. After many years of travelling, I’ve never seen that in a hotel or Air BnB before. Fair enough outside the front door, but inside the place? No thank you. Overall the stay was just ok.
