I booked this room last minute and was pleasantly surprised how close it was to my preferred location. Her instructions and communication was very prompt. My room was very comfortable. I will definitely book again when needed.

As usual my stay at Chutikan was excellent. The house is pristine, great location with so many restaurants and activities right around the corner. She thinks of every detail such as providing snacks, toiletries and has an immaculate clean house. I refer to her home as the Red Ruby of Sterling due to the beauty, exquisite and perfection of her and home and the most precious gem of all, Chutikan.

Chutikan's home is immaculate, everything is easy to find and is labeled. She has all pertinent contact numbers on the refrigerator. She provides complimentary herbal shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, snacks and coffee. Her home is close to route 7 which has numerous restaurants, grocery stores and shopping areas. Chutikan has a kindred spirit, an illuminating soul, good sense of humor and a very kind person.

I travel a lot domestically and internationally which means I stay at a lot hotels and AIRBNBs. Chutikan was extremely hospitable. She is an extremely kind, warm-hearted, articulate and bubbly person and goes the extra mile. She provided fresh towels, slippers, a bath robe, shampoo/conditioner and complimentary snacks. She had every pertinent phone number listed, items were labelled and the house always smelled clean and fresh. The house was Immaculate. An extra bonus is she works at one of NOVA's highly acclaimed spas, so she is extremely knowledgeable about total body care. The only reason I am cautious to say anymore is because her place will always be booked and I will not have a place to stay when I am required to travel to the NOVA. Chutikan and her home are true glorious gems.
