Michael was extremely great host with good communication in confirming booking and then leading up to the actual stay.... he was able tom accommodate an early check-in which was great and met us and showed us around the complex. He was the perfect host and we will plan to stay there again when we return. The apartment itself was exactly as per the photos with plenty of kitchen stuff available for what we needed. The whole place was very clean and whilst he offered to do a mid-stay clean, we were able to do easily ourselves with the washing machine and vacuum on hand. The complex with on-site parking and small shopping centre downstairs was convenient also. Overall a very positive experience and thanks to Michael to hosting us.

A compact , cluster free , airy and ventilated house, with a supermarket and few restaurants at the ground level, lots of parks around, tennis courts in walking distance and close to the train station with just 15 minutes by train to flinders street in CBD, made the overall stay so convenient and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Michael's 1 bedroom apartment in a new development, and it was an absolute delight. Waking up to the stunning view of the sunrise each morning was a refreshing experience that set a positive tone for the day. The apartment's amenities, particularly the gym and pool, were top-notch and well-maintained, providing a great way to relax and stay active during my stay. Another highlight was the convenience of the location, especially its proximity to the train station. This made exploring the surrounding areas and commuting incredibly easy and hassle-free. The overall ambiance of the apartment, combined with these conveniences, made my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. I'm already looking forward to my next stay in this lovely apartment. It's definitely a place I'd recommend to anyone seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.
