Very nice place. We stayed there our second time and enjoyed it again. Very fast responding host. We got everything we needed very quickly. The place is awesome and has the right walking distance to Afytos. Close enough but far enough away to enjoy silent nights. And there is now a Lemonis bakery in Afytos that serves excellent coffee and provides you with sweets and beach food. Delicious!

Bel appartement, bien situé (plage Liosi et centre-ville à 10 minutes à pied), bien équipé. Malgré des températures extérieures élevées, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur et nous n'avons presque pas utilisé la clim (qui, en cas de besoin, est très efficace). Comme annoncé, pas de vue sur mer depuis l'appartement du rez-de-chaussée. Jardin très agréable. Comme noté par d'autres, nous n'avons pas rencontré Evita. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Evita’s place was perfect for me and my family (3 kids ages 9/5/3). There were all types of cooking pots and pans utensils in the kitchen and every type of coffee maker you can think of. The outside yard was beautiful and huge perfect for playing or lounging. The location is walking distance to one of the beaches and the village town center. Can’t say enough how perfect the place was for a family vacation.

We've been here five years ago and spent a very nice time then. We wanted to come again because we kind of knew what to expect (we now have a three years old daughter), but we found out that the apartment is even better than before. It has a new bunk bed in one of the bedrooms which our daughter really liked, an extra TV, new sofa in the living room, lots of new details in the house, there are umbrellas and furniture in the yard. Everything was perfectly clean. The house is close to the city center (10 minutes on foot), but far enough for a good night sleep. The beach is also really close. Also, we had two dogs who really enjoyed the yard and relaxed neighborhood. Evita is a great host, puts a lot of effort in taking care of the apartment. Everything was great, we would definitely come here again next year and recommend this apartment to everyone!

The perfect apartment for a great family vacation with a location near the beach and a short walk to the center of the town. Spacious, cosy and very well organized space, and as a bonus you get a perfect yard that all can enjoy even in the days when you feel lazy to go to the beach. Very thankfull to the host since Evita contacted us and took care of all of our needs before and during our stay there. Happy to say that this is one of the best accomodations we have had for a vacation and I would highly reccomend to anyone that’s expecting a memorable stay.
