Location, comfort & charm! Our condo is the perfect escape from everyday life with its cozy treehouse feel and central location to the Mad River Valley's finest outdoor attractions and dining. 2 bedrooms, 1 loft with a full size bed, & 2 full baths comfortably sleeps six adults or a mix of adults + kids. 15 minutes from Sugarbush & Mad River Glen for world-class skiing & just 7 minutes to downtown Waitsfield. Scenic waterfalls steps from the condo, fully stocked kitchen, enjoy it all & unplug! Our condo is at the end of a dirt road, that can be muddy especially in the spring season. We suggest guests drive with an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Please note: AirBnb does not provide an option for "loft". The third bedroom is a loft space halfway up the stairs to the second bedroom. It has a full size bed.

Very nice place to stay! It was exactly as expected, clean & quiet. I really appreciated some of the smaller details ... we were welcome to use the spices that were available to us. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo & conditioner. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great place in the Mad River!!!
This was a great place for my group of 6 with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay! Easy check-in and check-out, cozy, clean, and spacious! Bonus: extra storage to store our skis after a day on the slopes!
Stay was easy, clean and safe. Lots of linens and kitchen utensils and appliances. A very good location but the road was extremely rutty due to lots of rain. Even though we had SUVs it was still hairy.

The Butternut Hill association is a wooded, peaceful, and scenic development. About a mile off of Route 100, down a long dirt road, it feels like a true getaway as you will not hear any traffic noise, crowds at bars/restaurants, or noisy neighbors.
You will need a car to access the condo and to explore the nearby Mad River Valley.
