My stay was extremely peaceful and comfortable. The WiFi and AC worked very well, and the bed was soft and comfortable. This place is perfect for couples or someone traveling alone. Everything was clean and well kept. The host communicated very well and made the instructions clear on how to check in. I would 100% recommend this host.

We traveled to Tampa because my daughter was going to race at a cycle event. All we needed was a place to sleep and have her be as rested as possible for two days and I was there to work in the same big sports event and we couldn’t properly rest. The efficient is located in a decent neighborhood and the host was kind and clear with her instructions. However, this place is a HUGE NO NO. We had the worst two nights of my life in a very long time. It was awful and painful. The bed has a cheap mattress thatmakes loud and awful sounds as you move on it waking you up all night: TERRIBLE! The room is a close-up space, no windows, no AC, and it has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. I HATE sleeping with fans, they’re noisy and all they do is circulate warm air. The whole efficiency has ONE portable AC unit that’s old and noisy: good luck sleeping with such noise. I’m sorry but I do not recommend this place. We stayed there on February, during a cool weather time… I can’t imagine a summer night.
