The gourmet kitchen, dining room & great room open via large stacking sliders to the lanai & pool for the true indoor/outdoor living! Try your hand as a chef in our newly installed outdoor kitchen! Our property is centrally located within 5-6 miles of anything you could ever want or need… close to restaurants, shopping, eco preserves and, of course, beaches! Your stay will be more enjoyable knowing that we provide all the comforts for your beach (or pool) needs, including pool inflatables & toys for kids/adults, goggles, swimming face masks, child/junior/adult lifejackets, and pool towels. Bask in the sunshine poolside in one of our swinging lounge chairs, or claim your spot on the other remaining 4 loungers! Plenty of comfy seating under the shaded lanai if that’s your preference! Heading to the beach? There are 7 backpack beach chairs & 5 folding camp-style chairs with shade covers for your use. You’ll find 2 beach carts, coolers, beach wagons (one with a shade cover), boogie boards, beach towels, umbrellas, tents, and sand blankets (large and individual sizes) available for your beach day fun! And, of course, 2 sit-and-stand double strollers along with a jogging stroller to make travelling with the little ones a bit easier! Prefer to try your hand at some games? You’ll find LOADS of options available including board games, cards, ladder ball, jumbo Jenga, or corn hole or live it up a bit in the AIR CONDITIONED game room playing air hockey, foosball or one of the arcade games! Two queen pull-outs are options for your use and have their own set of bedding, as well as the availability of a twin air mattress. All rooms equipped with mirrors for getting ready and hooks for those bath and pool towels! Bunk Suite - Split floor plan with 16’ bunk suite located on opposite side of home from other bedrooms. 2 twin bunks (one with a staircase and one with a ladder) and a queen-size pullout sofa. Roku Smart TV for your personal account streaming, large sliding glass door bank with private access to the lanai/pool (child safety locks installed!), ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a large tile shower. Front King Suite - Separate bedroom, sharing the main bathroom with tub/shower, with ample light streaming through front windows. This bedroom features a luxurious king bed along with a Roku Smart TV for your personal account streaming. This room also has a desk available for those wanting to work remotely and privacy offered by 2 french doors! NOTE: Additional sleeping accommodations can be found using the queen pull-out sofa in the living room, or the twin air mattress located in the laundry cabinets. Like I mentioned, you have options!! We haven’t forgotten about your little ones! You’ll find TWO pack-n-plays available along with linens as well! ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, along with an ironing board, iron and steamer. Tide pods, dryer sheets and spot cleaners are provided. All bed linens, bath, pool, beach and kitchen towels included Bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, curling iron/straighteners, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, cleaning supplies to tidy up. Each bathroom also has a folding step stool for your little ones and we’ve provided a potty ring and baby bath as well! (We know what it’s like to travel with little ones….and all the “stuff” they require!) Free unlimited WiFi throughout the home! Large fully screened lanai with outdoor sofa and chairs, dining table/benches, loungers and swinging lounge chairs! Private Outdoor Heated Pool and Spa with waterfall, bubblers, and colored lights available all year long! (We’ve also provided plenty of inflatables, pool noodles, boogie boards, goggles, face masks, lifejackets, arm floaties, etc) Beach toys, beach carts, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, beach towels, sand blankets, boogie boards, high chairs, strollers (2 double sit-n-stand strollers and a jogging stroller) are available for use and on-site!! GUEST ACCESS You will have full use of the house and garage. We maintain a few locked closets/sheds for storage of supplies. Guests will be provided with keyless, contactless entry codes. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE • Our home is located in a very quiet, upper scale neighborhood. We enjoy it as do our neighbors so strict compliance with the “No Partying” and “Quiet Hours” will be monitored. (Our neighbors have my phone number and they’re not afraid to use it. Help me maintain the atmosphere that we have created and that so many come to enjoy!!) • The heated pool is set at 85 degrees. Please keep in mind, if temperatures drop below 55 degrees, the pool will take longer to heat up and may not be able to reach the desired 85 degrees. This is up to Mother Nature and is beyond our control when temps dip that low. Uncommon, but it does happen. • **All of our sliding glass doors are hurricane resistant and as such, may be a bit different that you’re used to seeing. They have a higher toe-kick lip so please advise your guests to WATCH THEIR STEP so as not to stub a toe or trip.** More information will be available after the home is booked. YOU NEED TO KNOW • Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy • Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges • Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed • Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited • Safety features at this property include fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, a removable child safety fence for the pool, along with child-safety locks installed on all doors with pool access. • Parking: All parking must be in driveway (4+ vehicles). No street parking, yard parking, or RV parking. • Depending on the days of the week you are staying, you may experience general maintenance workers around the exterior of the home that may include: lawn, pool or utility service workers. The lawn and pool are maintained once a week. Please note, these workers have our permission to be there and perform their jobs. They will not be inside the home, just outside and on the lanai.
