I stayed here to race the Ironman 70.3 Florida triathlon that starts and finishes in Lake Eva Community Park in Haines City. The house is 15 minutes from the race start, much closer than any of the hotels frequented by attendees. It’s a nice, safe neighborhood, with friendly neighbors, and the house had everything I needed around race day, including a full kitchen and comfortable beds. The house is spacious and well-kept. Although I didn’t need to contact the host often, when I did, they were very responsive. I would definitely plan to stay here again.

The condo was beautiful and everything was great. The only thing that disappointed me was we paid $140 for a cleaning fee but had to clean, sweep, vacuum, dishes )putting away too, strip the beds and so on. All the cleaning they had to do was laundry for $140.

The place was reasonably comfortable and clean. Kitchen needed a few more items to make it comfortable to cook beyond just takeouts. There were only two coffee mugs for a place that was advertised to potentially host about four people. We loved the pond at the back!
