The House is a four bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, two car garage centrally located to the beach, parks, I-95 and the Vero Beach Airport. We are 32 min from the Melbourne Inter Airport and 1 hr and 19 min to the West Palm Beach Airport. Orlando airport is a 1 hr 15 Min We are 10-20 min to the Sebastian Inlet. Historic Jungle Trail, hiking Disney Vero Beach Resort. Children’s splash pad. Skydivers are welcome and is less than ten minutes away. Backyard is fenced in. There is a $100 pet fee. The Clearmont House has 4 bedrooms. The Master has a queen size bed with a private bathroom and a walk in closet. Both showers have just been renovated. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, closet and storage. Third bedroom has a closet, two twin beds and storage and the fourth bedroom has a closet, two twin beds with storage. There are plenty of towels for your convenience as well as beach towels. There is plenty of room for storing your clothing and suitcases in each room/closet. There are beach chairs, cooler, boogie board and an umbrella in the garage for your use. We are located 10-15 minutes from the beach. Disney Vero Resort. Children splash pad near by. Sebastian Sky dive and golf are nearby as well as a skate park, golfing, pickleball, boat and jet ski rentals, kayaking and paddle boarding. There is the Sebastian Inlet Park, which has lots of surfers, swimmers and fisherman. Historic Jungle Trail, Botanical Garden and hiking. The Vero Beach Airport is 20 minutes away. Cape Canaveral is 45-minutes away if you like to visit or see a launch. We live a few minutes away if you need us for any reason. We are conveniently located near I-95 if you would like to visit West Palm Beach or the Orlando Theme parks. Sebastian also has a pool facility, North County pool, a few minutes away with a wonderful kids section with slides. We have plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies and close to the Vero Beach Outlets. Three TVs in the house with Roku. No smoking in the house. We allow one Pet on the premises and there is a $100 non refundable fee. The backyard is fenced in. Both showers just renovated.
