Take it easy at this peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie. The beach is an 8-minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer months there is more activity, and you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. It's close to train tracks, you may hear the trains. This area is 30-40 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. The house is on a creek, with a break wall. This area is fenced off. The fence does not obstruct your view. Creek access and lake access is close bye.

A great place to stay. The house looked better in person than what you see in the photos. Completely renovated in a great location and a GREAT HOST . I’ll bet in the summer I would be a great place to booked and stay.

It was a lovely home. Though the trains did shake the house a bit so it was hard to sleep with the shaking and whistles blowing threw out the night. But if your use to that then you should have no problem. It was nice having a place to get pizza and wings just down the street.
Such a great place, was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our stay!

Quiet beach community. Located in the family area, 8-minute walk to the beach and bars. There are numerous restaurants in the area. The waterfront restaurants are seasonal. In the winter close to snowmobile and cross-country ski trails.
The beach and bar restaurants, 8-minute walk. There is parking near the beach bars, I'm not sure if they charge. There is also some limited public parking near the beach. I recommend you drive down and drop off chairs, coolers and other beach supplies. Then park at the house and walk with the family to the beach. I have a wagon to carry some things to the beach.
