This might be my new favorite place to stay in Medellin. The apartment itself is wonderful but it’s the balcony that really sets this place apart. It is the most tranquil and peaceful balcony surrounded by trees, perfect for having a coffee or reading a book. The whole apartment has a chill vibe and the primary bathroom shower is the best. Even the porteros are very kind and helpful. I hope to return one day!

Really enjoyed the open space and the huge balcony for our morning coffee, at least on the days we didn’t frequent the excellent restaurant on the ground floor. While there is a decent amount of traffic noise that percolates the unit, this seems to be pretty normal in El Poblado and we quickly got used to it. Obviously the location is great and you have access to the best of El Poblado within an easy walk. The unit is clean and modern and our host was extremely responsive and made our stay a piece of cake. My only real suggestions would be to include some more kitchen basics like spices, sugar, powdered creamer, etc and soap/TP resupply at this price point. Otherwise we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

I had a great experience at this place! A truly curated experience. It's a very walkable zone, with all nice restaurants and good people. Thanks to Everyplace for this great stay. Loved it.
