Welcome to our humble basement suite where we have a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen and living room space for you! This space is modern, clean, and most of all, comfy! We are two A-Types that thought 'what could be better then showing off our beautiful quiet cul de sac to Kamloops guests.' Then poof... after a bunch of touch up paint and finding the perfect throw pillows, we give you our Basement Suite. Additional amenities include washer and dryer, Wifi, and parking. This basement suite has its own entrance through the carport. Once in your welcomed into a beautiful, newly installed kitchen with new appliances and beautiful oak cabinets. The living room is off to its side with a nice sitting area. The bathroom and bedroom help round out the place with all beautiful standard amenities.

Great location, fairly central. Quiet cul de sac and very close to amenities. The place was clean and it was fully stocked with many extras.
Danica was very responsive friendly, and helpful. Suite was clean, and tidy. Kitchen fully stocked as well. Only complaint is there was no hot water the two times I tried to shower. Suite was also noted to be a bit cold + noisy from a small child crying. Other then that it was ok and served it’s purpose.
Sweet nice place, quiet and quite convenient. Hosts friendly and helpfull. Feels like home in Kamloops

This little suite was exactly as described. Danica was very friendly and welcoming, she was available to answer any of our questions and she happily gave us recommendations about the surroundings. I would recomment without hesitation!

Quietest cul de sac in Kamloops! So safe, so quiet! We got you covered!
Parking is on our parking pad. We have lots of room for vehicles and are flexible. If you need public transit, we are on a main bus route just a half of block away.
