A simple room and a great nights sleep in a charming vintage project that’s “in the works” It will be really cool when all the way done and I really enjoyed the friendly company with the host who was very considerate of my needs. I would rent there again!

The homes condition was not as advertised. Excuse me, but good god. I realize you have affordable rates but at least have the decency to be honest and let guests know ahead of time that their is clutter EVERYWHERE and that you said, word for word “ I don’t clean my house “ .. well we can say one thing about Guus, he kept it 100 when saying that one. Please avoid staying at this particular location guests!

I unexpectedly found myself needing a room in Eustis late in the evening. Guus offered his room at a reasonable rate and close to my work while responding remarkably quickly, and offered cookies before bed. He even showed me where I could charge my electric car overnight! I've already recommended Guus and his rooms to other instructors who must travel far to teach in Eustis. Guus is a perfect host.
