This is fairly generic, new construction, lots of room. Pros: great location, very responsive host, very clean, nice upstairs open area, nice showers, bathroom in each room, good beds, elevator. Cons: it was in the 80s while we were there, and it was warm, especially at night. the host was responsive, but we tried everything and didn't have much luck cooling it down. But on days when the weather was cooler it was fine. Also, as one would expect, it was somewhat loud on the weekend as it's right on St Laurent, but we expected that. Overall, it was great!

Mixed Experience Our family’s recent Airbnb stay was a bit disappointing. The check-in process was immediately problematic, requiring an app and a link that we couldn't get from the hosts, leaving us staying in front of the doors for more than an hour. The constant need for internet access to enter apartment and use facilities. Once inside, we found the cleaners still at work, and even after they left, the apartment’s cleanliness was unacceptable. My child’s socks turned black from the dirty floors within minutes. The apartment lacked basics such as kitchen utensils, toiletries, and even hangers, which we had to request from the responsive hosts. The noise from the street level was more disruptive than anticipated. People were loudly celebrating outside until early morning, making it difficult for us to sleep. The location is good though. The overall impression was that the unit was set up more for profit than guest comfort, lacking any personal touches.

Located in the middle of a lively street in Montreal, this apartment is perfect for sleeping and resting while staying up-to-date with the city. Comfortable, clean, private. Would stay again.

The apartment is exactly as described in the picture. New construction, inside is spotless, with well-equipped kitchen and 3 (!) bathrooms. Had a bit of trouble with the app required for keyless entry, but Melissa was very quick to respond and fixed the problem. Afterwards, using the app to unlock the doors was a breeze. Quite an eclectic neighborhood, with many excellent restaurants (we recommend Amelia's for excellent pizza), and lots to do! All bedroom and bathroom amenities are provided, beds were very comfortable, and very easy to regulate the temperature in each room.
