Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, cozy, and beautiful. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay here again! 5 stars!

Artashes' place was amazing. We stayed 10 days a family of 4 and enjoyed every single day. The location is unbeatable, the apartment felt at home, and Artashes and Samvel were very responsive and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze. Parking on the street was always possible with a minor fee. We enjoyed our stay very much and we definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is in an extremely convenient location for walking access to the sights of Yerevan. The apartment is large and very well heated. Communication with the host is timely.
