The apartment is designed with an open kitchen, dining and lounge space, study space and two balcony access through large sliding glass doors. It contains one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and walk-in wardrobe, one bedroom with two single bed and built-in wardrobe, and a lounge that transforms into a sofa bed for extra guests. Place was okay for a cheaper place to stay still relatively close to the city. However, the place was fairly dirty and the hot water was discoloured.
Good location if you're travelling to Blue mountains Decent Place, you get what you pay for. checking in is like a treasure hunt though.

Nice place, a little bit messy and isn't the most luxurious but you get what you pay for. The address is wrong and finding the place was a little hard. The sofa bed isn't a bed and you can't sleep on it. The kitchen items were all very messy and not cleaned well. Pillows are a little soft and uncomfortable.

Brand new apartment block with friendly and typically quiet neighbours who you may bump into from time to time in common spaces.
Please assist with maintaining a respectful and peaceful neighbourhood by avoiding loud noises/music levels during your stay.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
The apartment is conveniently located in the centre of Merrylands and surrounded by common amenities, public spaces and other popular suburbs (Parramatta, Westmead etc).
It is easy to walk, drive, catch public transport or call a taxi/Uber/other to get you to your destination.
The apartment is only a quick:
- 1 mins drive or 5 mins stroll to the nearest Holroyd Gardens
- 2 mins drive or 5 mins stroll to Merrylands station for a bus/train
- 2 mins drive or 4 mins stroll to Merrylands shopping mall (supermarkets, local cafe, chemist and restaurants)
- 7 mins drive to Parramatta city
- 10 mins drive to Westmead hospital
