The house itself was good but the whole experience was not great. As soon as we booked the property we got a request to change the date to a date 3 weeks from the original date for no reason so that already was a bad sign. When we arrived, everything was wet and not wiped dry including night stands, tables, floors, bathroom countertops. There were no towels in the rooms and when we requested for them we were told that they only provided 1 towel per room. There were 8 of us and a total of 8 double beds and a king bed and the number of towels they were willing to give was laughable. We had to argue to get the towels and they finally agreed to 7 so 2 of us had to share. Karaoke remote did not have any batteries and took forever to request for them and when we did, the used cheap ones that lasted a little more than an hour of use so we had to wait to get replacements again. Pool jets were only good for an hour. Pots were unusuable. AC in 1 room leaked and created a puddle. Unresponsive.
