From the time we booked the accommodations Modern Stay was very responsive and welcoming. When I had questions they responded quickly. This would have been 5 stars but the beds were foam and felt uncomfortable. Also, there is a large window in the master bedroom and closet which made changing tricky and we were awoken early with light streaming in. I wish there were black out blinds as an option... I wish there was a welcome book with information. for example, we needed more blankets but couldn't find any. I later found out they were in a locked supply closet. Bottom line, if you need something, just ask because they were so friendly and helpful I am sure they would help out for reasonable requests. A kettle would be handy for tea, but the cupboards were otherwise stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. Id I ever need a place in Edmonton again, I would not hesitate to book this or other accommodations that Modern Stays has.

Cozy and spacious! Close to the Stollery for medical appointments and large enough for family get togethers. The kids enjoyed the arcade games and I was able to bring my dogs with which was an added bonus. Relatively close to everything, would definitely recommend and stay again.

This house is absolutely gorgeous!! The pictures and descriptions were very accurate. The master bath tub is so gorgeous and a great way to relax after a cold day out side. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pots and utensils. The only downside was the wifi connection was real spotty in the beginning and then completely stopped working.
